New Suns for NZ
Perth Suns BPL05 team announcement The Bowls WA Board has confirmed the Crown Perth Suns team to compete in Bowls Premier League #5 in Auckland from 27th February to 2nd March next year.
The team is:
Pieter Harris
John Slavich
Kristina Krstic
Therese Hastings (Coach)
The event will be staged in New Zealand for the first time and be held between the Sunnybrae Bowling Club (day), with the TV games moving to the North Shore Events Centre, the home of the New Zealand Breakers basketball franchise, on a new, transportable rink purchased by Bowls Australia for this and future events.
The Board congratulates the team and debutantes John Slavich and 2016 Bowls Australia Coach of the Year, Therese Hastings for their selection and thanks BPL #4 members Tom Mitchell and Wayne Turley for their great support of the Suns.
