Under 18 Team Announced
for National Sides Championships at Sorrento Bowling Club Coaches Colin Johnson, Jaewyn Norton and Selector Elio Tolotti are pleased to announce the sides that will take on the nation’s best young bowlers at Sorrento BC when the Under 18 National Sides Championships begins on September 30.
The girls have an Australian Squad Representative in each of the four disciplines in Elizabeth Allan and Tanisha Johnson while David Downey, who made his Australian debut in New Zealand earlier in the year, will have the opportunity to defend both his boys singles and triples titles.
Meghan Philpott and Josh Hamilton will gain valuable experience when they help make up the numbers for the Northern Territory, as will Eden Lawrence who lines up for the ACT, ensuring every State and Territory will be represented at this prestigious event.
