Bowls Australia is delighted to have joined forces with Bowling Club Insurance Brokers, BCiB Bowls Australia is delighted to have joined forces with Bowling Club Insurance Brokers, BCiB, after striking a unique partnership which will allow both organisations to prosper in the future.
Late last month, the bowling club insurance giants agreed to a one-year sponsorship arrangement, a deal which will designate BCiB as the sport’s inaugural Preferred Insurance Supplier.
The partnership is a logical transition for both entities, with BCiB well entrenched in the sport and its community after years of sponsorship support to events at clubs and state level.
With more than 25 years of experience, past and present Australian stars, including Kelvin Kerkow OAM, Karen Murphy, Kay Moran and Steve Glasson OAM have gravitated towards the company and have given it their seal of approval.
According to BCiB managing director Ian Hopper, his company has been able to prosper through a number of different aspects, including forging a healthy relationship with Bowls Australia in the past.
“We see this sponsorship arrangement with Bowls Australia as a natural progression in what we do,” Hopper said.
“BCiB have a 25 year history of arranging insurances for bowling clubs, initially in NSW and the ACT then successfully extending our business operations into Queensland, Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. This partnership will bring further opportunities to grow our business across the nation and enable us to continue to provide premium insurance products and service combined with sponsorship at all levels of the sport.
“Our philosophy is based on our mantra ‘great people, great product, great service’ which is all about building long term relationships with our clients, who have developed a level of trust and loyalty to our brand.”
With the ink still drying on the contract, Bowls Australia chief executive officer Neil Dalrymple said he was delighted to be aligned with BCiB.
“It’s fantastic that BCiB has joined forces with Bowls Australia at this very exciting time for the sport in Australia,” Dalrymple said.
“BCiB is the pre-eminent insurance broker in the sport of bowls and have consistently demonstrated a very strong investment in Bowls in Australia through their sponsorship and support of a number of elite players, STAs, associations and clubs across Australia.
We look forward to working closely with them during the next year and beyond.”
