Shoot the breeze with Alex Marshall
Melbournians will get an opportunity to witness and shoot the breeze with the man widely regarded as the best bowler in the world, Scotland’s Alex Marshall MBE tomorrow.
The dual Commonwealth Games gold medallist and world champion is in the city for the coveted Richmond Union Masters Singles, which commenced last Friday, and will be making himself available to field questions and demonstrate Aero Bowls’ products after the conclusions of the day’s play.
Marshall was earlier this year unveiled as Aero Bowls’ new Sales Manger for the Northern Hemisphere, where he will play a key role in product development and sales for Bowls Australia’s preferred bowls manufacturer.
Marshall will take to the Richmond Union greens from 11.00am to commence his sectional matches, before staging an Aero Bowls product demonstration at 6.00pm, and fielding questions from the public in a Question and Answer session hosted by Australian Jackaroos squad member and Bowls Australia employee Barrie Lester.
