Friday Night Premier League on again

by admin on December 14, 2017

Stirling v Cambridge The BLK Men’s Saturday Premier League Friday Night fixture is on again with Stirling set to host Cambridge at Stirling Bowling Club 78 Jones Street, Stirling with the match starting at 6.30pm. Unfortunately the new indoor facility at Stirling is not yet completed so the match will be played on the outdoor green but with terrific weather forecast it should still be a great night of bowls.
Stirling come into the match after recording their first win for the season defeating Wanneroo 73-68. They are led by recruit John Slavich who has won 5 games from 8 this year to be their best rink. Cambridge however have the top skipper in the comp with Clive Adams and his team of Lance Strahan, Cameron Harris and Ross Bolton having their first loss of the year last week. Cambridge went down to last years premier Manning 64-83 but are expected to bounce back tonight. They sit second on the ladder and boost plenty of fire power with past and current WA State Reps including Jon Sharp, Daniel Patterson, Pieter Harris and David Opie in their line-up.
Make sure you catch all the action with full bar facilities and Hamburgers available for all spectators.
