Henselite the Choice of the Champion of Champions
Henselite have taken over the major sponsorship of Bowls WA’s Champion of Champions Singles competitions for 2018.
It is only fitting that the bowls company that is the “Choice of Champions” should sponsor an event based around finding the greatest champion of all.
They’ll also continue to be the secondary sponsor of Country Week in the quest to find the greatest country champion in the state.
Henselite has a rich 100 year old history of being the number one choice for many of Australia’s premier bowlers.
Their reputation as the choice of champions is certainly well earned given the record they have had providing bowls to some of Australia’s greatest players.
Henselite have been long term supporters of Bowls WA and the sport of bowls in the state.
Bowls WA CEO Ken Pride says it’s a great privilege to continue to work with a company that has been such a big part of the sports history.
“Henselite have played such a large role in Australian bowls and we’re thrilled they’re continuing to support our players and events here in WA,” he said.
“Our Champion of Champions events are two of the biggest events on our calendar with a potential pathway to playing for Australia so we needed a sponsor with the profile to match the event.
“We’ve had a great partnership with Henselite over the years and we certainly hope that it will continue for the foreseeable future.”
Last years winners Warren Holt and Bev Scott will soon compete in the National Champion of Champions Singles in Tasmania in October.
