Masters Series Announcement
Dyenamic Masters Series champions Helen Morss and John Slavich were presented with their prizes this morning, both players received Aero bowls, bag and shoes from Aero Bowls World’s Vanessa Northcote plus the $1000 prize money courtesy of series sponsor Dyenamic Bowls uniforms.
Bowls WA is also pleased to announce that both sponsors in Dyenamic and Aero have committed to another year of prizes for the champion player award for the Masters Series.
However the biggest announcement is that Sorrento Bowling Club will host a new event on the Masters Series Calendar with some enticing prize money. The Mixed Masters Fours which will be held on Sunday 29th and Monday (public holiday) 30th September will have $10,000 prize money up for grabs. Sponsored by Trevor’s Carpets this will be the biggest mixed event on the bowls calendar in WA and a great event to start the Masters Series. Further details including how to enter will be available soon however the field will be limited to 36 teams so start planning your side.
The final announcement is that all events from the previous season will go ahead again giving bowlers in WA the opportunity to earn both WA State Rankings Points and Australian Ranking Points. Further details on dates for these events will be released with the Bowls WA calendar shortly.
