Friday Night Bowls – South Perth v Doubleview
This Friday sees Round 6 of the Blooms The Chemist Men’s Pennant Competition commence with a replay of last year’s Premier League grand final on Friday night at South Perth.
Only three shots separated the sides in last season’s finale and this week the first placed Doubleview will tackle the third placed South Perth outfit at Mends Street with the roll-up to begin at 6:00pm in what should be another classic encounter.
Friday night fixtures present a rare opportunity for bowlers to watch the top tier of bowls in the state under spectacular night conditions.
Free parking is available in the Perth Zoo carpark (entrance off Labouchere Road) from 6pm, there will be hamburgers available for purchase and full bar service operating on the night.
