Country stars at Men’s IZRR
The best male country bowlers across Western Australia will meet at Kellerberrin Bowling Club this weekend to contest the Men’s Inter Zone Round Robin fours championship. Each of the four country zones will have five rinks of players do battle in a round robin format to decide who is the best in the west.
Some of the well known bowlers in this event include Haydn Smith, Matt France, Colin Hayes, Phil Manning, Michael Ford, Matt Mitchell, John Goddard, Warren Holt, Jon Sharp, Aaron Smith, Mark Simpson, Robbie Tiller, Graham Evans and Rob Bowron.
The Country selectors will pick a team of 24 following this event to represent the Country All Stars on Thursday February 27th against a metropolitan side at Osborne Park Bowling Club the evening prior to Country Week.
Results will be available in the Bowls WA Competition Portal once available.
