Women’s Country v Metro Results
The annual Women’s Country v Metro Challenge was held yesterday at Manning Memorial Bowling Club. On a hot day and a quick green it was the metropolitan side who proved too good for their country counterparts.
The metro team won on all six rinks for a 167-61 victory which is possible the largest ever in this match.
Good comradery was shared amongst all players and gave the country players a good hit out with Country week starting today.
