Safe celebration workshop for clubs
On behalf of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation’s Good Sports Program you are invited to attend a Safe celebration workshop. These sessions are free to attend.
Sporting clubs play a vital role in role modelling positive behaviours and creating a healthy community environment.
Join the Good Sports Team to find out more about how to manage alcohol and illegal drugs as well as promoting safe celebrations at your club. Plus, hear from Alliance Against Depression about support yourself and others against mental health issues.
The session will cover:
- An Introduction to Mental Health and How to Support Others – presented by Alliance Against Depression
- Creating safe celebration strategies as we get closer to the celebration season
- How clubs can manage alcohol and illegal drugs with Good Sports
- Supporting mental health of your club and members
- How to use the Good Sports online portal to manage your clubs policies
- Learn more about how the Good Sports program helps over 10,000 clubs stand out above the rest.
