by Denise McMillan on May 12, 2022

Don’t miss out on these one-off FREE mental health workshop teaching simple and practical strategies for keeping team players mentally fit. The workshop is for coaches, leaders, volunteers, and members of the sporting community in the Cockburn, Fremantle, and Melville areas. Social support and encouragement can influence those experiencing mental health concerns to seek help, recover, and reach their potential.

There are five mental health awareness training sessions available to the Cockburn, Fremantle, and Melville community. These sessions are free and target the sporting community but are not limited to. The sessions run for 1.5 hours giving practical skills to support yourself and others. Experienced Lifeline WA facilitators run these worthwhile sessions. For more information go to Supporting Yourself and Others – Sports Clubs – Imagined Futures
