All WA State Teams Announced for the Nationals
The State Selection Panel is pleased to announce all the State Teams that will compete at the National Championships at the Broadbeach Bowling Club on the Gold Coast.
First up, the Under 18 Championships will be played over 2 days on Friday, September 30th and Saturday, October 1st. Each player will play two disciplines with the boy’s pairs and triples played on day 1 and the singles and fours played on day 2. Selectors have not decided on exact positions for the players at the moment, this will be done in the near future. Unfortunately, WA is unable to send a Girl’s team this year due to a lack of players.
Western Australian Under 18 Boy’s State Team
The Over 60’s will be next on the Broadbeach greens, starting at 4.00 pm on Sunday, October 2nd and concluding on Wednesday, October 5th
Western Australian Men’s Over 60’s State Team
Western Australian Women’s Over 60’s State Team
The last of the selected State Teams to take to the greens will be the Open State Teams starting at 4.00 pm on Thursday, October 6th, and concluding on Sunday, October 9th. After the State Teams have finished, the Australian Championships will commence on Tuesday, October 11th. Specific dates for each discipline will be provided in the future.
