Bowling Clubs recognised by Clubs WA
WA Bowling clubs or the sports club they belong to have featured strongly in the recently announced Clubs WA Awards for Excellence finalists.
The Awards are also part of the Clubs WA State Conference which will be held on September 8-9 at the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle.
Clubs WA CEO Karen Giles said the Industry Awards highlight and reward the central role clubs play at the heart of WA society.
“More than 400,00 people in Western Australia are members of a community club, over 14,000 people are employed by the WA Club industry and even more people volunteer, working countless hours to ensure that our local hubs continue to function. These Awards recognise the dedicated teams and individuals who are vital to helping local community grow.“
