Blitz Ready For Exciting Conclusion
The final day of the Bowls Blitz takes place at the Sorrento Bowling Club on Sunday 30th July.
There are two remaining round-robin games in the morning and then the top two teams will play off in a final with one rink each of singles, pairs, triples, and fours.
The GenesisCare Enforcers had a big day last Sunday and currently sit on top of the ladder with 363 points. Only 21 points behind on 342 points are the Professional Stars in second place. The Senior Recreational Council Sharpshooters are a further 7 points back on 335 and the Dyenamic Cyclones sit in fourth position another 8 points down on 327 points.
While the Liquor Trader Pirates and AFGRI Chargers are sitting last on 290 points and second last on 301 points, there are a lot of points available and with 10 points for a rink win and 1 point for every end won, there is still hope.
Many great bowls have already been played and with so much on the line, the final day promises to be even better.
