IT’S A WRAP – 2025 All Abilities State Championships
The 2025 All Abilities State Championships has been run and won in multiple categories! This year we had many new players in an event where we empower players with disabilities, that normally play in mainstream bowls events such as Pennants, to have an opportunity to play amongst their peers in Singles and Pairs. A special mention to the youth who played in this event in the Deaf and Intellectual categories – these players and their families added a depth to the event which was wonderful to see!

2025 Deaf Clap to close the All Abilities State Championships
A huge thank you to Kardinya Bowling Club who support this event every year and help from the kitchen, bar, greens, markers, and overall help in running this fantastic tournament. Also, a special thank you to our Auslan Interpreter Christy Filipich who come to the Closing ceremonies to aid our deaf participants ‘hear’ what is being said!
