Sydney Lions’ best seats in the house prize
The Australian Premier League’s Sydney Lions team have announced an exciting new “best seats in the house” competition, giving 16 lucky people the chance to watch all the event’s action in comfort and style this year.
With APL02 just 40 days away, the Sydney Lions’ franchise owner Club Mount Lewis, in conjunction with Bowls NSW, are making sure that everyone has the opportunity to ride every bowl delivered during APL02 at the Lions’ home base, on their big screen television, while being wined and dined.
The “best seats in the house” prize consists of seats in front of the Club Mount Lewis’ big screen television for four people to watch the live Fox Sports coverage, with a catering and drinks package for four hours, and four signed Sydney Lions supporter shirts to help show their allegiance – with four of these prize packages to be given away, one for each night of the APL02 competition, valued at $700 each.
In addition to this giveaway, Club Mount Lewis also have a grand prize on offer to anyone who visits the club during the 2014 Australian Premier League televised broadcast, from November 18 to 21, between 6.00pm and 11.00pm AEDT.
To help encourage support for the Sydney Lions at the team’s designated home base and live-site at Club Mount Lewis, people who visit the club during the Fox Sports broadcast will go in the draw to win a trip for two people to attend the 2015 Australian Premier League competition at Queensland’s Club Pine Rivers, including airfares and accommodation for five days, corporate hospitality and a meet and greet with the whole Sydney Lions team, valued at $2,500.
“This is a wonderful initiative from Club Mount Lewis,” Sydney Lions star Steve Glasson said.
“Club Mount Lewis are really keen to help promote the Australian Premier League, they realise just how significant and exciting this event is, and they are on the front foot with this competition.
“Winners really are going to be in the best position to watch the best bowls competition in the world, on lounge chairs, with seafood and other great food, and with all the liquid options they desire.”
Staged from Tuesday, November 18 to Friday, November 21, the 2015 Australian Premier League will feature two new teams, the Gold Coast Hawks and Murray Steamers, fighting for a share of the $110,000 prize purse.
