Employment: Education and Training Coordinator
Bowls Australia are looking for an Education and Training Coordinator, to facilitate the education and training of the bowls workforce (coaching, officiating and club volunteers).
The main areas of responsibility for this position are:
1. Maintenance of the presenter/assessor workforce in STAs
2. Planning and course design for the “Bowlsready” education course
3. Coordinate the Advanced Coach courses
4. Create the online education and assessments for coaching/officiating in partnership with our online platform.
5. Coordinate National Officiating Advisory Group meetings
6. Coordinate new episodes of “The Coaches Den” and “Under the Scope” online videos
