Women’s Northern Zone ILRR Fours Results

The Northern Bowling League ILRR Fours were held at Jurien Bowling Club over the weekend 3-5^th February. Due to the extreme heat the first round was delayed until 6.30pm Friday night under the new lights. The players were then back at 7.30am Saturday morning to enable the second round to be played before the temperature rose to 42degrees. The players returned to their accommodation and the air-conditioning until 3.30pm for the 3^rd round to start at 3.45pm.

It was very pleasant for all involved to be greeted by a beautiful cool Sunday morning allowing the 4^th round to be played at its normal time of 9.00am.

The whole weekend was very successful with the Batavia Bowling League coming in first followed by Central West Coast, Central Midlands, Moore, then North Midlands.
