Bowls WA Awards Nominations Open
Nominations for the Bowls WA Awards are now open, with the Awards Night itself to be staged once again at the brilliant Optus Stadium on Thursday night, the 30th May 2024 (Save the date as tickets will be available soon). Our first look at Optus Stadium as a venue last year was simply spectacular and this year, with Juniper on board as our official Awards Night partner, it is sure to be another highlight on the calendar.
If there’s a club or individual that you think should be standing on stage come the Awards Night, then this is your chance to put them forward as a nominee for one of the categories below…
Bowls WA Hall of Fame
The ultimate accolade for players, officials, volunteers and administrators of our sport here in WA. We have some amazing people that have already been inducted into the Bowls WA Hall of Fame, and these moments at Awards Nights are always very special. If you have someone in mind, please put an application together and send it through.

Club of the Year – Metropolitan or Country
Has your club excelled both on and off the green this season? This year we have added detail to the nomination form showing the allocation of points, giving you more information than you have ever had before to put your best case forward.
One change from last year, for the Metropolitan Club awards, is that the Large Club award now covers clubs with 100 or more members, and the Small Club now covers clubs with 99 or fewer members.

Juniper Individual Awards – Volunteer, Club Official, Club Coach
One wonderful way of acknowledging one of your excellent volunteers, officials or coaches is to nominate them for one of these awards. Merely nominating a person is a wonderful tribute to the great work they do to keep your club achieving great things.
We know we have some fantastic people out there, so get to nominating them and make determining our winners just that much more difficult.

Additional pages can be added where specified on the appropriate forms. Handwritten, or printed nominations can be scanned and emailed to enquiries@bowlswa.com.au
