Bowls Blitz is Back at Kardinya

Bowls Blitz is back on Sunday 27th June at the Kardinya Bowling Club with Round 5 starting at 9.00 am through to the completion of Round 8 at 4.15 pm.

At the completion of the first day at the Mt Lawley Bowling Club, it was the Bloom’s The Chemist Stars who loomed as the team to beat as they took a solid lead at the top of the table.

The Trophy Warehouse Pinnacles found themselves in second position just ahead of a chasing packed headed by the Henselite Enforcers in third.

The Variety- Children’s Charity Chargers and the BCiB Blitz found themselves with some work to do at the bottom of the ladder after rounds 1-4.

Round 5 see the disciplines of pairs and fours highlighted.

First up sees ladder leader Stars taking on fifth-placed Sharpshooters with Kristina Krstic, freshly back from a big Australian Open campaign matched up against the mercurial Justin Opie in the pairs

Blooms The Chemist Stars versus the Senior Recreation Council Sharpshooters full fixtures

Third-placed Enforcers are up against the hungry Blitz headed by Ryan Moyle skipping the fours against the Enforcers Captain Cody Packer, who is also returning from a successful Australian Open

BCiB Blitz versus Henselite Enforcers full fixtures

The Chargers will be hunting for early points with stand in manager Kerry Andersen putting her faith in Anthony Williams to get the win against the Pirates Lee Such

Variety – The Children’s Charity Chargers versus Trophy Warehouse Pirates full fixtures

The final fixtures of Round 5 see Cyclones Captain Clive Adams leading the way and taking on the wonderful Noelene Abe in her first appearance for the Pinnacles
