Employment: Competition & Events Coordinator and People & Culture Manager
Bowls Australia are searching for a Competition & Events Coordinator and People & Culture Manager to join its team.
The Competition & Events Coordinator’s primary purpose is to deliver all Bowls Australia events, coordinate volunteers and technical officials, and ensure an effective competition management system is maintained.
This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of national bowls events from conception, to execution and through to the review stage.
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial Operations, the Competition & Events Coordinator is a full-time position.

The People & Culture Manager’s focus will be to oversee and manage the Human Resources process throughout the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is flexible in nature, part-time for two days per week.
