Gotta Love the Bowlo

Statewide marketing campaign for WA Bowling Club Bowls WA is pleased to announce that the Gotta Love the Bowlo campaign will move into the next phase with a state wide TV campaign to launch on January 7 through Channel 7 in the metropolitan area and Digital West (channel 9) in the country areas of Western Australia. With 480 spots commencing early January through to mid April will see the campaign advertised through popular TV shows, news and sporting events such as the Ashes cricket, Winter Olympics and Commonwealth games.
It is hoped the Gotta Love the Bowlo video and jingle produced by creative design company Lateral Aspect will capture attention and create interest for potential new members in bowling clubs. It is something different, with a catchy jingle, which we hope resonates with people and gets them interested in being apart of our great community based clubs and family friendly, enjoyable sport.
A digital media marketing campaign featuring the video and other targeted online advertising has already been launched, this has been done in association with digital advertising specialists Tenacity Advertising.
The campaign which looks to introduce new members into clubs in WA is already in full swing with all Western Australian Bowling clubs having received club media packs. The media packs will assist clubs in being able to support the campaign within their local community and help spread the Gotta Love the Bowlo message.
Bowls WA also encourages all bowls members to get behind their club and the campaign through social media with the Gotta Love the Bowlo Facebook page. We encourage people to tag friends, family and associates and encourage them to get down to their local Bowling Club. Clubs are encouraged to use the Gotta Love the Bowlo Facebook page to promote local community events at their club.
