2023 Sandgroper Bowling Arm Side Announced

The 2023 Sandgroper Bowling Arm Side has been selected to represent Western Australia in Tasmania at Devonport Country Club during the ‘National Bowling Arm Sides Championships’ running from September 4^th to 8^th. 

The selections include three returning players in Ashley Armstrong (Capel), Ray Bairstow (Eaton), and Richard Young (Halls Head) – and brand new to the side are Warwick Glenister (Geraldton), Graham Nottle (Port Bouvard), and Bianca Taylor (Safety Bay).

Last year we saw metro players increase to five positions in eighteen spots available; however, 2023 has seen a slide back towards country involvement with fifteen players selected from country clubs and three players from the metropolitan area.

4. Sunday 3 – Friday 8 September – 2023 National Bowling Arm Sides Championships (Devonport, TAS)
