The Bassendean Bowling Club will host the traditional Metropolitan versus Country opener on Sunday 17th March, before Women’s Countryweek begins on Monday.
Metro and Country Zone Selectors have put together 12 rinks each for the 21 end games, with the overall aggregate to determine the winner.
Trial ends take place at 12.45 pm with the game beginning at 1.00 pm
All selected players are asked to wear their club uniforms for the game
For those players and spectators looking for some lunch prior to the game, Bassendean BC will have something available for purchase from 12.00 pm onwards.
