Three Federal Grants available for bowling clubs are currently open for applications.

Volunteer Grants
The Australian Government is inviting applications via an open process to apply for funding to support volunteers under the Volunteer Grants Activity.

Volunteer Grants aim to support the efforts of Australia’s volunteers. The grants provide small amounts of money that organisations and community groups can use to help their volunteers. The grants form part of the Government’s work to support the volunteers who help disadvantaged Australian communities and encourage inclusion of vulnerable people in community life.

Grants are available for $1000 to $5000

Stronger Communities Program
The Stronger Communities Programme (SCP) provides grants of between $2,500 and $20,000 to community organisations and local governments for small capital projects that delivers social benefits for local communities.

The input of the community is a key element of the SCP. Projects are selected by Members of Parliament (MPs) and their community consultation committees, and are then submitted to the Government for assessment.

Community Sport Infrastructure Grants
Supporting small to medium scale projects up to $500,000 to improve local community sport infrastructure which will support greater community participation in sport and physical activity and/or offer safer and more inclusive community sporting hubs.

Community sport infrastructure generates more than $16.2 billion worth of social, health and economic benefits each year.

Three grant streams are available:
Stream 1 up to $50,000
Stream 2 $50,001 to $200,000
Stream 3 $200,001 to $500,000
