Theo Joel RIP
Past President and Life Member passes away Sad news for the Western Australian bowling fraternity with the passing of the much respected Theo Joel on Saturday.
Theo was the Bowls WA (RWABA) President from 1986-88 and was awarded Life Membership of the Association in 1998.
His funeral will be held on Monday 18th November at 12.00 noon at the Karrakatta Cemetery.
Our thoughts are with his family at this time.
